aw damn it .
having a freakish headache now .
shall post and go to sleep asap .
went for training today as usual .
and i made suggestions for time trials
plus a new management team ~
hope it can help our team well :)
oh and here's a minor update for my timings:
1) freestyle 50m : 00:38.0 min (unchanged)
2) freestyle 100m : 00:01:39 min (did not do this event today)
3) breaststroke 100m : 00:01:52 min (improved)
well i guess thats abt it ~
sat deres the JJ Lin phototaking at suntec ~
and i havent got the camera ~ oh gosh !
dunno if anyone is going with me . all seems busy =\
ah well ~
